The hotel is located in the outskirts of Leipzig. Ideal location if you are going to the football stadium - you can park without any problems, you are at the stadium in a few minutes by tram. Parking was hassle-free. There is a sufficient number of free places around the hotel. Even though the hotel was fully booked, we had no problem finding a free seat. Parking is free. There is a tram stop within walking distance (approx. 2 minutes) with a direct tram line to the city center (approx. 25 minutes). You won't find much around the hotel. There is one great Greek restaurant and a small supermarket. It is a few minutes by car to Kaufland, where there is also a Chinese restaurant (the food is very average) The room was excellently furnished. Very spacious, wardrobe, table, chairs, plenty of storage space. I really appreciate the minibar or fridge in the room. That was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. There was also a kettle for making coffee and tea. There was no electrical outlet by the bed, but there was an extension cord in the room. The beds were comfortable, wide. The bathroom was very spacious. There was plenty of storage space. The shower was a bit small, but nothing bad. Breakfast was a better average. Everyone chooses, you won't go hungry, but I expected a little more. E.g. if a hot breakfast is already available (eggs, bacon), there could be sausages as well. There could be multiple juices, not just one type. I would also appreciate a little more vegetables, fruit and a more varied selection of salami. Sometimes it was a problem to find a free place to sit. Some guests had to have breakfast outside the premises in a lounge. The hotel has a restaurant for dinner. Prices are rather higher.

The hotel is a bit far from the centre of Leipzig and the area around looks like industrial. There is no restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has restaurant but was closed on Sunday (everything is closed on Sunday in Germany)and we didn´t try it. If you have car is easy to stay there. In Leipzig we went to a bar/restaurant very good and cute in and old train station, called Bayerishcher Bahnhof. They make their own bier and the price is good. The city is very agreeble.

I took a room with balcony to avoid claustrophobic feeling you sometimes have in hotels where it is impossible to open the window. Beds are comfortable, everything else - very ascetic, but serves the purpose, nothing more than just a minimum to feel comfi.

Other than that the hotel is very decent and at a quite normal price. The room is quite large and peaceful, with nice views outside and a small balcony. The personnel was very friendly and everything was smooth. Parking was for free!

The Hotel is easily found from the motorway which is what we needed on our long journey. It is a nice, very clean hotel with comfortable beds and nice breakfast - although not a huge selection of food compared to other hotels, but if was fresh and we enjoyed our breakfast more that in other hotels. Free parking too. I would stay again at this hotel.
